MY PILATES & FRIENDS EXPERIENCE

I recently decided to try Pilates & Friends after seeing some great things online. I've always been interested in Pilates, but never had finding a good class. The first thing that impressed me was the friendly atmosphere. Everyone looked so welcoming and encouraging. The instructor, her name was, was fantastic! She was knowledgeable and made sure t
